With Dr Erin gone things are not as personalised... I find the vet nurses are great. Not sure why...maybe the franchise structure has changed the place somewhat. I was always grateful for Dr. Erin's expertise and vet nurse Steph. Thank you.

This place is for people who have money to burn. I have had really bad experience with my dog. Although the vets are nice, they overcharge for everything. I would not recommend this place. Same quality care is available in other vets across Castle Hill.

My favourite clinic by far, The girls are so lovely and I always feel so welcome, my whole family comes here and we recommend to all of our friends!

Even one star is too high rating for this vet clinic. Be wary of this vet.

Caring but Overcharge. I have two dogs and I left Sydney Animal Hospital because of over charging and terrible service ie the vet gave my dog his usual injection and he howled and howled .. she clearly had gotten it in the wrong spot! They also over charged. It is hard finding a Vet who is really good (gentle & caring) .. so I tried GreenCross Vets at PetBarn BUT the big problem I had which I told them about, was even if you get the swab tests done, each time you need to purchase more of the same medicine, they MAKE you have another CONSULTATION. I was furious. My dog needed a repeat of the same medicine as it still hadn't fully cleared his ear problem ... in the end, after arguing with them that I'm not going to pay for a full "consult" just to request more of the same antiobiotic which they already tested for, I walked out and went to a vet who would give me the medicine without overcharging. Ridiculous attitude and I'll never go back even tho' they have were great with both my dogs. These large scale operations are all about making MONEY at the cost of good service to the customer. Customers will only go back to a place when the balance is found.
