Silk Thai Restaurant

Absolutely awesome Thai restaurant. Don’t understand why they aren’t packed every night. It might be the location as they are in a quiet part of Preston. I have tried Thai food at heaps of places all over melb and not one has come even CLOSE to the food at Silk Thai. The dishes here simply have more flavour and punch here. The staff are lovely and friendly and truly work hard and in my opinion Silk Thai is the closest you will get to Thailand food, if not better!! Decor is stunning, it’s very rustic with exposed bricks and gorgeous canvases on the wall. Whatever you do, try this restaurant! I highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing! Beef was soft and fell apart! Duck rolls were delicious and of course the staff were super helpful and friendly! Live on the other side of the city but would travel far for this place!

Delish food! Great music! They would benefit with a deal as they weren’t many people and it’s a bit more expensive than the other Thai places in Preston. Worth the visit! 4.5 stars!

This is my first time writing a long review like this. It's all because I really feel in love with this place. I love the atmosphere and highly recommend this place. I went to this place so often and never being disappointed. All the foods are excellent (it always makes my dinner full of happiness). And sometime they have new item too. That's amazing they keep updating the food. The staffs are very friendly even I asked too much question. If I couldn't come to eat, I just ordered by online aps (such as Uber Eats). The food will come and enjoy your meal !
