One of the primary Chinese restaurant choices here on high street Preston. Pretty quick service and quality food. Slightly salty for my liking but would suit most locals. The good thing about this place is that it’s consist which I think is quite appealing.

We’ve been coming here for a couple of years whenever we are in the area. Excellent quality roast dishes with rice! Dinner menu also has a great selection of dishes. Great for a tasty and cheap family dinner or quick lunch.

The boss in this restaurant is racist. Very rude to his customer.

Chinese Vietnamese is always an interesting proposition. This place is no different, classic, quite busy, seems a lot of regulars here, clean, neat and enjoyable space. Food-wise, their Holy Chinese Roast Trinity is worth the $11.50 that they are charging for 2 roast combo on rice. Crispy Pork Belly is fantastic, you can taste the five Chinese spice lingering between the layers. Quick, no nonsense and friendly service.

Been to C-Culture for the past 15 years. Witnessed the manager (?) full on arguing with a customer re paying with a bank card that doubles up as a saving card. The customer stated that the staff had previously accepted it and the past C-Culture transactions had been processed from her savings account. Customer was very calm. What really irked me was that the manager started yelling at her, cutting her off in mid-sentence, saying she wasn't listening (the irony) and to take her business elsewhere if she wasn't happy. I thought that was shocking attitude from a small business owner. After the customer left, the manager continued to rant about her to his staff in Mandarin for a good 20 minutes, which I thought was extremely unprofessional and poor, arrogant form of him. The other wait staff are friendly people. It has honestly made me think twice about giving them business after witnessing this and our family has always patronised this place. Their roast meats used to be of a higher quality years back. I would advise anyone going there to beware of this manager's overly sensitive, arrogant and defensive personality that comes out on any credit card/savings card payment issues. You might get a rude shock. There is a past similar review on Google that he has replied to - you will understand when you read it.
