They mostly have stuff for ladies in their OP shop, and not even pretty stuff. I was looking at the only rack with men's clothing on the opposite side of the shop (from where the counter is) because I needed something for myself, and the old short fat lady kept looking at me like I was stealing. It was really unpleasant to be constantly watched like that so I eventually walked out without buying anything.

Absolutely useless. I needed a 1 day advance of my payment so I could pay bond (and not end up homeless or in crisis accommodation) and they just couldn't care less. What use is any organisation (particularly a charity) when they won't do anything until you end up stuck in a crisis? Are these idiots actively trying to create a cycle of poverty, because they do little else?...
