Very good staffs who understand about the food and willing to help at anytime, and the food was absolutely beautiful! Pancakes and Pho are the must have dishes. Feel like it's underrated. Must be 5 stars!

The best feed of Vietnamese food in Newcastle. I would recommend the pancake. But it not your average pancake.

Customer service was so bad we just ended up leaving. After being seated, we were given a jug of water, but no glasses (were we supposed to share and take swigs from the jug?). The woman then told us we would be served. After approximately 15 minutes, a guy asked if we had finished with the menus. After advising yes, however we had still not ordered -- we were told someone would be sent out to take our order. We patiently waited a further 15 minutes, and yet still no service. At this point, we just got up and left. I can't review the food, seeing as though we left -- however I'm happy to rate them on poor customer service alone. It's a shame, as it sounds like the food is quite nice.
