Golden Gate

A pretty basic local Chinese restaurant. Food is somewhat better than others and staff are friendly. Reasonable pricing.

Very unhappy with the service - we ordered online and went to collect. Arrived home to find that they had missed part of our order. We called straight away to try and resolve it but they dismissed it saying they didn't receive this order and will not deliver the missing item. So we paid for a meal but only received half of it. Terrible service. Be careful ordering from here as you might not receive your full order even if you pay for it!!

Good service, nice food but what spoilt the evening was a little girl who I assume was one of the workers daughters was playing on her iPad with volume up loud and playing on the furniture with no respect for people who were eating and trying to talk. Buy the little girl some head phones.

Good service however the decor was old and restaurant was quite empty (not a good sign). Food was below to average

Visiting Fremantle from Adelaide and came across this little Chinese restaurant when searching on google. Compared to many others in the area the pricing looked to be fair and reasonable so took the chance. What a pleasant surprise- the satay steak was exceptionally tender and had a lovely flavour, the pork ribs likewise, the fried rice was very good as were the crunchy spring roles.and steamed dim sims. Would not hesitate to return and recommend this restaurant to other visitors and locals alike. Great value for a family too.
