Staff are friendly and a nice sized play area available for dogs.

Our labradoodle Mac, loves going there for his weekly day stay and when he has a longer stay he comes home happy and never stressed. The staff are lovely, friendly and genuine animal lovers.

Clearly care about animals, from the moment you arrive to when you pick up. Love how they tell you about your pets stay! My dog just loves staying here, especially the playtime with other dogs!

This facility looked dirty and the temporary office only manned for two hours on Wednesday - the day we decided to follow a gut feel after reading some bad reviews. We called in unnounced - asked to see where our dogs would be sleeping. We were advised that due to the office being a construction zone we could not go through. I asked them how do you take the dogs through? They go round the back and through the private residence - well really - with all of he room and space around the facility - surely a secure path would be made to ensure staff and boarding dogs could safely be taken through to the boarding Kennels. Apparently no one was in residence as well - so much for 24 hour onsite security. I would NEVER leave my pets somewhere that does not give access to view the sleeping arrangements. Red flag. Cancelled my booking. Not only that on my initial booking I was not advised they were only open for two hours in a Wednesday ! My booking in day. Facebook page advised that they are open all day.

Very happy with the experience. Early drop off and late pickup. Great deal on package purchase for the daycare. Will definitely use for a longer stay during our next holiday. The boys seem to come home tired but happy.
