Things started out so well here. It's a beautiful setting on the Esplanade, in a kind of indoor-outdoor deck where you are not in a building, but completely protected from the elements. Service was prompt and friendly. Our coffee and cocktails were very good, and the food was decent, though not outstanding and definitely on the expensive side. However, what really put a dampener on things was the expensive credit card surcharge as well as a charge of $3 per person for tap water.

Don’t get value for money , waited an hour for our food to come and it hardly was satisfying :( flavours were bland in the lentil and pumpkin curry and rice paper rolls . Only good thing was friendly staff. Not recommended for little kids

The coffee was regularly delicious ! The staff are soooo delightful and friendly and keen to make your visit a really happy one! Bacon at breakfast was disappointing but the hash browns were amazing ! Dessert was a little expensive but clever!

Friendly waiter, nice food, sea view, relex holiday atmosphere.
We have been staying at Palm Cove for a week and have eaten at Lime and Pepper a few times. My favourite is the seafood chowder... reasonably priced, big chunks of seafood and really flavoursome. I heard the guy at the next table raving about the barramundi spring rolls so I can't wait to try them.
