Get Off Road

Gotta hand it to these guys, things didn't go quite to plan first time round but they made good on putting things right.

Purchased a vehicle from the car yard which was coming with a roadworthy from off-road 4x4. So I paid them to do a pre inspection. Was told there was nothing really wrong with the 4x4. Picked it up with rwc straight away shuddering through the steering. Rotors were warped . Took it to Pedders and they had to fix it. Was told a small dent in drivers door. Failed to notice a crease from the left guard to the passenger door and badly painted repair job. Failed to tell me that within a month both back tyres would need replacing as one badly worn. Bushes need replacing. Sent email to them with photos. No reply. Worst waste of $220.

Fantastic Experience. Probably coz I found a legend or a mechanic / exhaust fitter in their workshop (from way back in the day) who does a fantastic job. Front desk customer service is also top notch. Keep them prices competitive and I’ll be back.
