It was our first and last trip into this shop. They displayed all their shavers. When we picked out the one we required, they didn't have one in the shop. Asked assistant if we could have another for same price, said she couldn't do. Asked where the Manager was, she was out. Can u call her. No. Asked again if she could do a different shaver for same price. Same answer..Will never ever shop at any Shaver Shop again...

I found the (I assume manager) to be far too rude and pushy. I have worked in retail for some years and would never talk to a customer the way she did.
Besides using aggressive sales tactics, and treating me like I was daft, she also seemed to take pride in gloating "Being one of the top 10 sellers out of the thousands employed with Shavers Shop, I know what I'm talking about." She also treated the trainee worker very rudely in front of myself and other customers. Not a good impression.
I did purchase something from the trainee, he was helpful and willing to compromise to the price point I was looking at, as opposed to trying to sell me something 3 times over the budget I was looking for (that's what the lady did). But I won't go back.
