TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I wanted a carpet sweeper that was advertised in a catalogue, only to be told it wasn't even available, by a staff member that didn't really seem like he wanted to be in customer service.
He then told me a different model was available for purchase but only the in store display was there at the time. His words where "do ya want it?" When I said no and asked if one could be ordered he said yes and that I wouldn't have to wait long.
Now It's several weeks later and no carpet sweeper. I tried calling the store only to have the phone ring through and then hear a recording saying the call isn't being answered and a message service is unavailable. TWICE!
The in store service isn't much better.
I doubt I'll shop in this company again.

I am currently experiencing very poor service in terms of repairs in relation to this business, though have found their products to be excellent in the past (would rate their top of the range vacuums above Dyson).
