Ferny Hills Swimming Pool

Loving the indoor pool this morning. Plus, knowing I can get a hot drink here makes Sundays easier - as dad needs his support services more on some weekends than on others.

Great place for families. The indoor pool is perfect for little kids. Staff always very friendly.

The only good thing I can tell about this pool is that it is the closest in the neighborhood. Apart from that there's nothing positive to say. Water is dirty- hair, leaves, sticks and lollies wraps is what I always come across when swimming there. Nobody is having a shower before using the pool, the lifeguards would never remind anyone that it's compulsory to shower especially after using a toilet. Truly DISGUSTING public pool of poor hygiene. There's no shade above the main outdoor pool, so unhealthy to swim in the open sun during summer.

The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Also, from being a very cloudy pool, it is now always crystal clear. It's a shame that the Moreton Bay Council won't spend the money on new heaters so that the pool can stay open all year round.

Great new indoor pool. Great swimming teachers with a focus on water safety.
