Such a great gym! Perfect for all levels - as the coaches will tailor the session to your ability, without judgment. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and love a joke, the training sessions are really well planned and challenging, and the gym itself is well set up and has everything you need! The crèche facility in particular has been an absolute lifesaver!

Didn’t enjoy the feel of this gym as management very much a clique and classes pretty samey

The team at Hammer are one of a kind. This place is not your normal PT studio. If you want to work out with people that are highly educated in knowing how to get the best results in a place where you are guaranteed a laugh then this is the place for you. Can't recommend highly enough.

I love Hammer Athletic! Initially I was terrified to join a smaller gym, but I am so glad I did. The coaches are so knowledgeable, happy to have a laugh and actually care about your progress! Plus they really take the time to show you proper technique, so you know you are maximising each workout. After years of paying for a membership I never used and getting lost in the bigger gym chains, I’m so happily committed to this place now - Highly, highly recommend!
