Parking available. Customer service very good with the sales assistant being friendly and helpful. The store has a large variety of work wear . If it isn't there ask and the will order it for you.

Service? What service? I waited for 10 mins to get served, then walked up to the counter where 2 ladies were chatting to a man (non work related), they completely ignored me! The phone rang so one lady answered the phone while the other lady continued her conversation. I walked out and spent my $250 at Hip Pocket Workwear! 5 star service over there!

Always willing to help. Staff are sometimes hard to find, but prove to be very efficient when serving. The store is a tad messy, but with that said, they keep a lot of things on hand and have lots of demo/trial items as well. Prices are very competitive and the quality of the brands that are stocked are very high. Definitely a returning shopper here!!

Just moved up to Toowoomba for work with Wagners, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even accommodated my desire to try on a different pair of pants they assured me would be very similar in size - and they were right. I'll be back when I need new boots.
