After having a glass splash back installed this year in our kitchen we decided to have a framed mirror made by Artform - big mistake. When we got it home and put it up on the wall found that the frame was damaged and the mirror had scratches in it. After many phone calls and emails that have not been returned I am writing this review as I am not happy with their service. Very disappointed with Mat and his staff after doing such a good job on the splash back. Thought being a returned customer we would at least get a phone call to sort out the issue with the mirror. Think again before using this Australian company!! May as well have got one made in China same quality very poor.

recently had some work framed by artform. had some old family photos and a mirror framed by the guys in mona vale. my experience was a positive one. the girls in the showroom took the care to explain the right way to treat my photos, and they guys that installed my mirror were great! on time, efficient and tidy! thanks artform

I had a wonderful experience with artform I needed some framing done and they were wonderful with helping me chose what would look great! The finished products are amazing and a real top notch job! I'll definitely be back

Shame, 2 weeks ago friendly professional service, today I wanna pick up my artworks, staff was forever on the phone (with a customer) but no knowledge to my side, after a while they started to talk private. I do not recommend this place
