A very rude waitress took us six to the rear dark section, while no one was in the restaurant, so we asked politely to sit closer to the window out front. ‘No’ she said, ‘that table for eight’. But the restaurant was empty! After we requested again, she said ‘ok we’re closed now’ collecting back all the menus, slammed the door behind us and turned the close sign to our face. So, we have no idea how good the min $15 per person food they serve. Tried the small malaysian grocery instead, tasty simple food they cook inside.
Pleasantly surprised. Older looking shop, decided to take a shot and it paid off. I had the chicken and black bean and it was REALLY nice. Lots of flavour, not oily and a good 50/50 ratio of crisp veggies and chicken. Special fried rice was also tasty as was the rice paper chicken. $28 for the lot was standard pricing, but worth it. Would definitely eat from there again no questions asked. Quite a large menu as well so lots to choose from.
This a regular for my family. Great food, Lovely owners. Defiantly worth a stop!
Great asian food at a great price
Good food, good selection of Chinese cuisine and friendly service. 🙂 BYO. Good views from restaurant to Westernport Bay. 😎 Plenty of car parking very close to restaurant. 🙂
