HUGE space! Fur babies very well catered for. I was really surprised and happy that I could take my adopted fur baby into the store. Superb range, DIY dog washing stations, very friendly staff.

Justin, thank you for being an amazing caring human! You’re are a great leader for your team at Nerang! It shows as your staff are equally amazing and you can see that it filters through from the top. You went above and beyond for our little boy today and I can’t thank you enough! Huge selection of everything! The good thing about this pet barn is that it used to be The Pet Barn: which was privately owned. I am glad to see that the same staff are here, all happy and treated well and that it is different in products and service to other pet barns.

Shop is becoming disappointing. Ever shrinking supply of small animal products and there is always something missing that they really should have constant stocks of, the staff are not so helpful anymore. After going elsewhere the last few times I have realised it is very expensive. It’s disappointing as it used to be a great store with nice and helpful staff
