Long wait and when arrived collars poor quality and right sleeve made tighter than left.

The quality of what they make is usually great. I really like the material on the sublimated sports tees compared to the company we used to use. HOWEVER There is a huge lead time between starting the process of ordering and receiving product, there is a sign off form to ensure that you agree to what they are about to print unfortunately they seem to get it wrong even when you sign off on the correct item. Issues I've had. 1. Jerseys and shorts arrived printed with wrong logo (after going through a long process to correct the logo and having me sign off on the correct one) 2. Jerseys printed in the wrong colour (after I had signed off their form with the correct colour) 3. Jersey printed faulty with words cut off the bottom. 4. 1 of 3 Jerseys of an order not arriving at all after 8 weeks wait. They had somehow not ordered the third one at all and then believed we hadn't paid for it (suggesting it was our fault), it wasn't. 5. Ordered 5 shorts, a heads up that they didn't come with pockets would have been nice, received shorts without pockets then when I asked they said you can pockets for $2 extra. Not 100% their fault but a heads up that the shorts don't come with pockets may have been sensible for first time buyer of sublimated shorts. 6. Short thread unpicking when arrived. In these cases they have 1. Reprinted and sent shorts/jerseys free of charge, but it ends up being 5 months from ordering to when you finally get your correct item which sucks.

Good prices huge variety very helpful and friendly

Staff didn't know what I meant by "rectangular magnets for coaching whiteboards" (a product I have got from there in the past) and I was unable to find them myself. Although, service was friendly.
