Bought a Zulu headset of them a few months ago. Had issues with it. Discussed it over the phone, they swapped it for a new one. They also gave me a free accessory to make sure it fits well.
Not just that, both the guys at the store want to make sure you are happy with their products, they have very reasonable pricing and a huge variety of products and unlike other stores in the area they are open more hours than other stores in the region.
Will always be going back to these guys, a hard working, reasonable and fair business always has me going back!
