Lauren and her team at Limber are the best in the biz. I started there many years ago now, and although I had some natural flexibility, I was green and rough and struggled with injuries. Limber helped me build and maintain the flexibility, fitness, and strength required to perform my circus act regularly (and stay injury free!). Over the years I've performed trick riding, circus, ballet, and most recently competitive ballroom and Latin dance. Their unique Rhythmic gymnastics / pilates / floor barre based has helped with everything I've put my mind (and body!) to. Im so grateful for everything I've learned about alignment, posture and technique. Thank you Lauren and Limber for helping to make my dreams a reality! 💜

I started training Handstands with Limber Sports Performance a little under 2 years ago and have loved every minute. I travel an hour to come to the best class with the best coaches. They have helped me gain strength and technique for all elements of hand balancing through their knowledge and experience. Every class is different which makes it fun! Thanks to Limber for inspiring me to do things i thought i could never do as an adult.

I strongly recommend these classes to anyone who wants to look after their body at the same time as learning handstands and stretching! Increasing my strength and flexibility was very important in helping me achieve my dreams to compete at the Cheerleading World Championships. Definitely couldn’t have done this without the Coaches at Limber! My husband also attends the Male Stretch classes which really supplements the weights and other training he normally does.

The stretch classes were so helpful for my Dancing and going to world championships 😊
