excellent staff and well kept rooms, would love aircon in the bedroom though

Balcony door could not be locked! I was on the 2nd floor and was worried for my children’s safety. The hotel itself is located at a busy congested junction and can be quite noisy for some people. But it’s close to chadstone mall by car. No central aircon system. For the 2 bedroom apartment we had 2 individual aircon units. 1 unit was in the bedroom but the other was in the living room. The other master bedroom had no aircon unit and was terribly warm even though we left the room door open and turned down the temp for the aircon in the living room. Toilet sinks were really tiny and could hardly put my toiletries on it. Mattresses were too soft.

Car park doesn't smell the best. FYI I didn't go inside any apartment.

Great place for a quick business trip. Clean and everything you would need.

Great location Little or no street noise, but our room was right at the back Friendly staff Nice and clean I'd recommend this place
