Worst experience ever. Can't believe these guys are still operating, they were bad years ago when I had to use them and are even worse now. They cut corners. Say parts were ordered but wrong part came in, leave out screws or other small parts. Took four trips for our car to be fixed and a lot of waiting for return phone calls etc. Overspray under bonnet... just laziness. The list of problems I had with them is extensive. Extra dent on our door which looked like someone in the workshop opened another car door onto mine. I believe they have more work than they can handle from insurance companies.i also believe they hope people will just give up. If you have a choice go elsewhere zero stars complete cowboys. Warned a friend about them and he just got his company car back today from them and couldn't believe their bad workmanship. His company will no longer deal with them.

I wish I could give them 0 stars but it won’t let me. After being involved in an accident took my car into Gemini through insurance, after getting my car back I found they forgot to put my number plate back on snapped my radio aerial off and threw it in the tray, ripped my uhf 2 way aerial out of the back of the unit, wrote all over the doors where dings etc were but did nothing about it and left them on there when my car got to tjm to get bullbar and spotlights fitted the battery was floating around in the engine bay and new dints were present that weren’t there when the car was taken in some scratches were just painted over and the list goes on
Anyone that wants their car done properly don’t take it to gemini

A very good crash repair and paint business friendly and reasonably priced .

Terrible, would not recommend them to anyone, only giving one star rating because it won't let me post with no stars. Have just picked up our car which was in to get repairs done through insurance. Parts that have been listed as being replaced are still the original damaged ones, stone chips that were supposed to be fixed have not been touched and merely spray painted over. It feels like we have been treated like fools and we won't notice the half baked job they did. They also informed us that the car needed to be collected prior to 2.30pm on Friday because that's when they close, when told that this would not be possible due to work commitments they suggested that the car could be parked in the street for us to collect at our convenience!?!?!? Sorry but that in itself is extremely unprofessional. The car went back to have the work redone and when we picked it up the second time, it still wasn't done properly, it's gone back a third time now. Don't waste your time with this mob.
