The staff where very helpful in offering advice with the reassurance of compatibility of parts, on fitting, finding them not to be compatible in my vehicle after being at the mechanic for two days, Ford Pro Wreckers refused to assist offering only a store credit, DO NOT pay in cash, be very careful on what you purchase and DO NOT follow the advice and BS of the part pullers

Paid far too much for a second hand exhaust to have it sent interstate, the bloke I was dealing with was rude and abrupt. Ten days later they have no invoices, records or any tracking details and it still hasn't been sent. Then I get told they've got a strict no refund policy and I had to twist arms to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't bother wasting your time.

Only because zero stars isnt an option. Save yourself the anguish just contact the ACCC. Refunds for damaged goods can not by law be withheld. Additionally if the item is large the seller is responsible for having the item returned at their cost. We are restoring an FPV for a member of the GT Falcon Car Club and purchased many dollars of goods that turned out to be damaged after agreement verbally and written on the damage to be aware of. Now they are up for $220 postage and over $1000 all up. Contacted office by phone and mail repeatedly for a reasonible conversation and solution and still no response or refund. Dan was nice but still no one ever rang back. Owner Gerard Jerman Oz Towing P/L wouldnt respond and couldnt get his number to discuss. Its a shame as the GT Falcon Car Club has alot of members who will be interested in poor performance. Be aware please.
