Rude and obnoxious. When I went to return an unopened product (with a receipt) I was made to feel like I was I total low life and a cheat. When I asked about a bike rack I was given one product to chose from (even though there was three on display next to each other) and he did not want to talk about any others. I have bought three major items from the philip store and received good service. I would rather drive an extra 25 kms then go back to Mitchell. If you want to live out a Monty Python dead parrot scene then here is the place for you.
