I choose the Bosch Car Service in Mulgrave to try to fix the problem of my car’s carbon deposition and logbook service. I want to fix the problem of carbon deposition because I want to realease my car’s engine oil burning issue. But after 3 days, my car alarm me to add engine oil. I had driven just 300km after the logbook service and I need to add 1L engine oil, it is impossible for my car even though my car burns engine oil because it was just 1000km/L before I went to the Bosch Car Service. I went back to the repair factory, and the staff withdrew the baseboard to check and then said this might caused by the alarm system of my car was broken. Actually, I do not believe that because if it was broken, every time it alarms, I add 1L oil to the engine, and my car’s engine will be damaged because of redundancy of the oil! And then, after 1 day, when I drove on highway last night, the front part of the baseboard of my car dropped off, and it was just withdrawn by the technician in Bosch Car Service in the previous day. I can just drive the broken car for one hour to go home, and it really made me very very very angry! I went to Bosch Car Service this morning to find the staff, and the staff did not admit that it is their fault for not installing the baseboard right, and she have said a lot of words to pass the buck and personal attack me. No apology to me! It really make me much more angry! I choose Bosch because I believe the reputation of your brand, but this thing really makes me disappoint and angry! I want you to return the money back because my car dose not get better and even worse after I went back from your repair factory! I’m here to find the justice because I still trust your brand and know Bosch is a precise company that will never allow things like this happened. Otherwise I will never trust your company and tell the things to the customers.

Can confirm that these guys are good. I needed a lot of stuff done, and they charged a pretty reasonable amount. They gave me call after I dropped off the car and explained what they could see and how much it would cost.
