Horrible communication between business and client. Waited 2 months for them to tell me they don't know whats wrong. Basic ninja 250 with no spark. Had to take it to another mechanic. Update: They have now threatened me with solicitors due to this review. Which under ICCPR articles 19 and 20 is not allowed.

Christopher and Christine are the best and nicest bike shop owners I've ever met as is their son Jamie as well. They will look after you as if your family and I honestly feel treated this way whenever I shop there, I give them all my bike business and they look after my MV Brutale 1090rr my Ducati Monster S4R and my Suzuki Gsx1400 final edition as if they were their own bikes, so I trust them with considerable ease because I know they care. You won't find a better motorcycle shop or people who run it and live the life anywhere in Port Macquarie or surrounds.
