After having a disappointing customer experience in Supercheap Auto Epping, I came to this store with my issue. They were helpful, cooperative and most importantly, they had a smile on their face. My issue was investigated first and then they told me that they can do it.

Gr8 service. Kept kitchen open longer for a family meal. As we got there late.

Probably the best place for automotive stuff and gadgets. Good prices also

Large, well organised store in Thomastown. Parking is tight and awkward. The doors leading into the store are also tight and awkward, really needs auto doors. The staff are accomodating each time I've been in and serve you well. No problems with this SCA store.

Normal standard Auto shop. reviews for stores like this are hard, They are a chain and my experience was good, though nothing was overwhelmingly outstanding. I think with these type of stores people only tend to review when they have a bad experience and this can lead to unfairly low ratings. Staff here are helpful & store clean. parking is limited (though unsure if there is parking around back if there is perhaps they should put signage).
