I would like to thank Lany and Doug for their outstanding personalised service and support with helping sell my motorhome. I can't thank them enough. So if your looking for a local business that still stands out from the rest Caramart Caravans & Campers are second to none.

Had the displeasure of purchasing a van from this dealer. This van unfortunately broke down on our return to Sydney, we didn't even make it home. When i spoke to the owners shortly after the van broke down, they indicated that the repairs would be either our responsibility or they would chip in some amount, when i advised them that i had spoken to the department of fair trading they suddenly became aware of their requirements and agreed to repair the van. Was advised by the owners multiple times that our mechanical issues were originally not their responsibility as they were not 'motor dealers', i note that their motor dealers licence would indicate that they are indeed motor dealers. The owners advised us that they had sold this vehicle on behalf of a friend, as if this was meant to excuse the complete and utter disregard for conducting proper checks and balances. We should have not been sold a vehicle in such poor condition, and would advise others to not do business with this establishment as they appear to show little care for the products and services they provide. I understand that the repairs ended up putting the owners out of pocket a considerable amount, however we have also footed the bill for more than $2000 worth of repairs ourselves. This experience was supposed to take our mind off a difficult situation we were experiencing, and we thought that going through a motor dealer would make the purchase easier, far from it...

Doug and Larna are down to earth people, they are honest and trustworthy, I was %100 happy with their service , the only thing I was disappointed with is that I didn’t discover them sooner before dealing with other places in Port Macquarie, Awesome people

Highly recommend the guys here, they have always been helpful. They even went out of their way to help me with an issue I had. Wouldn't bother going to anyone else but Caramart Caravans Port Macquarie
