Would give no stars if I could!
Stuffed my order up, that's fine get refunded for wrong parts and what not.
Refused to refund a steering rack that had 2 boots that needed replacing (wouldn't have bought it had I known the condition as I'm over 300kms away) as apparently boots aren't actually apart of the rack.. (Umm what?!) so my mechanic replaces them and the steering rack leaks (previous day the bloke swore black and blue there was nothing wrong with it), I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that because I'm a female they probably assume I know nothing about what I'm talking about. I noticed the boots straight away and emailed them about it with no response, drive over 300kms to return the stuff up items and steering rack which I told him was useless and he refused to take the rack back. Not happy at all and I will be taking this further.
I'd highly suggest everyone avoid dealing with these imcompaten wreckers. I'd love to know how he knew (supposedly) that there was nothing wrong with the steering rack when it wasn't tested as they'd taken it off and delivered (one good thing they did was delivered the parts to a friend that was coming to where I live the next day) it pretty much after it had been removed? It was covered in oil too.
Dealing with this mob has cost me money.

We've been dealing with this wrecker for about a month now. He promised us a lid for our ute. Of course wanted money up front for both the art and labour. The lid was to come from intrastate. 2 weeks go by and we a call from one of the workers saying the owner was going through personal trouble and lost that cover. They would look for another. Another week goes by, we here nothing! I call, with no real result. So, yesterday we pop in to see what's holding things up...by the way we're pensioners. My husband is 83. The owner was so rude and arrogant and just brushed us off, making us feel as though this was our fault. He has our money, over $1000
