... hipster joint using hipster blends (single origin?)/ roasts. If you are too cool to drink merlo this is where it's at ...
Pro's : not too oily, well made. Cons : it's still not good beans roasted sensibly, aka merlo. A coffee with milk from Tiller will not be ambrosial.
They have good pastries and they have toasties and stuff, all typically overpriced.
It may be the best cafe in Alderley, and it's as good for coffee as Elixir up at Stafford, with the advantage that it is easier to get a seat and you should get served more quickly in busy periods than at Elixir.
I don't know if these devils open weekends, though.

Consistently excellent coffee, food and service. I love this place for its friendly vibe and it's so easy to catch up with friends here.

Really good coffee including blends from international locations. Fun atmosphere with an outdoor seating area for hanging out. There's also some yummy food selections to wet your appetite!!

The coffee I had was one of the best I've had in Brisbane and the breakfast burger was delectable.
My partner had an iced mocha in which the chocolate wasn't dissolved separately which resulted in chocolate lumps and strong coffee which was quite unpleasant for her.
Overall great experience though.
