Excellent service over the past three years. Very responsive and helpful with any query. Reminders sent out when a car service is required, transport provided to get home and back to pick up the car, and advised when car ready to pick up. Highly recommended.

Booked test drive 4 days ago and arranged a babysitter. Arrived at Capital Honda Used Cars and the car was on a ramp and not ready. Had a quick look in the boot and made a comment about it might not be big enough. This was enough for the salesman to determine that “they only let serious buyers take the car out” and deny us the test drive. What a waste of time for us and a sale for them.

When someone spoke to me they did offer and support a good test drive. But then became extremely aggressive. I ended up buying the exact same car but paid more from elsewhere just because I couldn't give them my money
