Valley Ford

Never buy a car from here.. Horrible service. Sales team are not interesting to assist you. Not explain in detail. Had panned to buy brand new car and visited there and said the car is not ready to look or test drive and will contact when ready. Even mentioned that they will come to my home and i can look and test drive at that time.Waited for 3 weeks and not even got a single phone call. Finally, bought it from another town' ford dealer.

After an initial horrible experience when attempting to book our car in for a service- encountering a dismissive and rude woman we went elsewhere. We were eventually phoned by Valley Ford and a friendly personable Sharon encouraged us to get our car serviced there again. Our experience the second time around was fantastic, reliable, as promised and everything done on time. Amazing what a bit of good old fashioned customer service can do to turn things around. Thanks heaps and we would now go back to Valley Ford in the future without hesitation.

I removed my review because i was asked to but i should have left it up. I was refused a test drive in a mustang even though i had booked it and drove 70 km to get there. The reason was they will only let you test drive a vehicle if you promise to sign up for it on the spot. I will buy a mustang later this year but not from these people. They have lost a customer .

If I could pick no stars I would, after sales service centre wont fix roadworthy things after buying a “roadworthy”vehicle from their lot, also didn’t even look at one of my complaints on the vehicle that needs attention, on a different note, a 1-2 day recall took over a week, excuse was they ordered the wrong part, incompetence gets you no where, will get my service done elsewhere in future, valley ford have no interest in helping you after they take your $

May b u need to employ people who can sell cars instead telling customers I hv to go to bday dinner and book an appointment later ....15 mins u can show 15 cars ...
