Having breakfast and order raisin toast with hot chocolate. You get a plain glass of warm milk and then you pour in the hot chocolate. Very tasty. You also get 2 slices of raisin toast (thin slices) which is far better than that big slab you get from other cafes. Staff were very friendly and my only negative is that the gentleman serving needs to speak up as his voice is in competition with the music being played by Westfield and the noise that comes from an open cafe within the mall. The store is located outside Target and you can log into the free wifi from Westfield.

Plates were filthy, they don't seem to wipe them down. I ran a white napkins over the rim and it came up gray.
Small portions for very expensive prices. Very disappointed with my visit.

A ‘to go’ CARAMEL LATTE was the plan on this occasion from the rarely disappointing SHINGLE INN. With a busy line up, it took a while to make, and when it arrived it didn't have any CARAMEL syrup.
The coffee itself was as good as it gets, one of my favourites and highly recommended. Upon explaining to the manager about the lack of syrup he resolved the problem and it was the perfect amount, measured out, with good, humble service.
Forget STELLA ROSSA, forget COFFEE CLUB, alongside LE BON CHIOUX, this is WESTFIELD CHERMSIDE’s best coffee contender.

Had coffee here and it tasted really burnt and dirty. I told the waitress and they made another one which was equally as bad. Staff are nice and seats are comfortable just the coffee is bad. I guess I feel like if your market it coffee make sure you make a good one.

Lemon merangue was days old and steak sandwich was full of fat. Not happy. Won't be back.
