Beautiful coffee shop. Very big on the inside. Plenty of seating. Great vibe and atmosphere. Employees make you feel comfortable. Prices are average of what you would expect. The mocha espresso was delicious. This is my new favorite coffee shop downtown. Will definitely be returning

Customer service: standard. Food: succulent and delicious - memorable. Coffee: profile missed the mark and milk above 70 degrees. Cleanliness: above and beyond. Hygiene: standard. Business structure: acceptable. Efficiency: standard. Productivity: barely standard. Not worth the rating, to be quite frank. I'm sorry for the review but it is the wholehearted truth: consistent.
