My experience with Waves Detail Pro has been misleading. Family members, partners and associates have supplied the good reviews here... don’t believe everything you read. They sell you the franchise with a thousand promises then as soon as they have your money.. they are gone and you are left to fend for yourself as per the agreement!!

We bought our franchise in July 2016........we were audited by the ATO within a month of being in the franchise because Head Office could not get their affairs in order. They waited till after the cooling off period to provide training - so we were loosing our money either way! We have received a sub standard van and fitout! We are still waiting for equipment. I am yet to see a copy of to see the Operations Manual (have been asking for it since July 2016).
Income guarantee is impossible to obtain as they change the conditions after they get your money.
Their idea of marketing training is Door to Door sales!!
Training to date is incomplete (and inadequate)....still waiting on Head Office to complete training. Accreditations we paid for are invalid as they are not in a position to provide accreditation. Only 1 accreditation is legitimate.
Support is franchisees relying on help from each other. When you run into trouble on a job your hung out to dry - Head Office will ignore you and blame you - despite their inadequate training (mainly YouTube clips)
After listing a Notice of Dispute with the Franchising code of conduct to resolve outstanding issues our Facebook business page was removed by Head Office as was our website!
Now they have listed our franchise territory for sale under seek business (South Penrith, NSW).
Have been verbally threatened by the NSW state master franchisor over defamatory comments they made towards myself and my husband (reported to NSW police).
We paid the full amount for premium package franchise and all we received virtually none of what was promised.
If you want a permanent headache and you have money to waste....then buy a waves franchise.

Had my Corolla done with the In&Out, extremely happy with the job and the professionalism of the work. My car is as good as new, would highly recommend this service to everyone owning a car! The tech was great and super friendly - Thankyou!!

In my experience there is no doubt that the detailers and franchisees under waves detail pro, mostly, do an amazing job and are passionate about their work! However, there is much to be desired, if you become a franchisee, you will not get what you paid for! This includes equipment, training and marketing that is promised!! Best option would be is to steer clear! Because $66,000 is definitely not worth the investment!

In my experience with Waves Detail Pro Australia, I have had nothing but heartache and pain. They give misleading information when it comes to buying one of there franchises. Please be aware that everything they say is icing on a very sour cake and not everything you read is true and not everything they say is either. These people have broken families sent people into bankruptcy some have lost there house and cars there life has been destroyed.
If I could give 0 stars I would as these people deserve nothing as this is what they give you
