Cramped but busy. Popular. Convenient for after shopping break.

Always great coffee and great options to choose from. A all year shop with Hot and Cold beverages in lots of flavours invluding seasonal flavours. Dont forget you Zaraffas loyalty card available in store.
New shops with drive through are opening in many places.

Average experience. Coffee could be much better and the selection of foods does not excite me. The place is small, always very busy but the staff working there are always friendly and kind, this is why I rate this place an average score overall. Will only use in case of emergency.

It’s a franchise. The coffee is always consistently good. However, the tables are always dirty. It’s like the staff don’t care about their customers’ seating area. Better to get a take away and sit at the food court.
