Gloria Jean's Coffee Brookside

Worst store I've been to so far. The chiller was awful and tasted like chemical products. Threw it in the bin after the first sip, absolutely revolting. I will never get anything from this specific store again. The staff also need to learn how to count and not short change customers. Perhaps staff need to get tips from Windsor or Newmarket because these 2 stores are on point unlike this (Brookeside/Mitchelton) store.

Service wasn't very good, continuing a personal conversation whilst taking our drink orders and barely acknowledging customers. Coffee's were disappointing also. Wouldn't be back.

Be careful who serves you as the standards vary dramatically. We think the owners are Indian and whenever they make a coffee whether it be hot or cold, it's never the same. Just bought two mudslide mocha's and where's the chocolate? Other occasions the cream has been sour-ish. I rang and complained only to get a "sorry". I guess I was lucky to get a sorry! Not very impressed Gloria Jeans Brookside. In future, we'll give you a miss and drive to Chermside for our mudslide mocha's

This store does not even deserve a 1 star. Dirty. Rude. Female staff member got up from her hands and knees scrubbing the floor did not wash hands before serving me my scone jam and cream. Put her dirty fingers on my plate. Saw her serve another customer after returning to the floor - same same. Will not be returning.

I never go here anymore because everyone is so rude who serves you. It wouldn't hurt to be nice to your customers.
