Nessun Dorma Coffee Roasters

It used to be great but the coffee there is rubbish now always burnt way to hot and you wait for ages just for a coffee... What has happened to this place?

Horrible service is provided here. They take ages to turn out your coffee and most of the time they get your order incorrect. The prices of their coffee are way too high especially since they roast their own coffee, which theoretically should make it cheaper. In addition, I am a roaster and know that whoever is roasting those beans do not know what he or her is doing.

I was an employer here. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. Owner doesn’t pay staff with wages and super. leaving around four staff members struggling to get their money back including myself!

Unfortunately I went to get a coffee on Anzac Day big mistake 40 minutes for a coffee when it was finally ready a small not large then several more customer who had just come in to the shop got sever before me absolutely unforgivable what a disgrace in customer service what a shame as the coffee is usually pretty good this one was of course extra bitter as you can imagine coffee Ari Ts this has wrecked my day 🤘

Uses to be great coffee and a great specialty coffee vibe. Now it has a basic cafe, rundown feel. Customer service is slow, uninterested, often junior staff. I tried the curry lunch special (which makes no sense at a speciality coffee shop) and ordered takeaway. They gave it to me in an open cardboard bowl and I had to ask awkwardly for lid since it was takeaway and it was curry... Got home and no cutlery. Used to be my local and a regular place for me. Very disappointed since the management change. Why would you change a good thing?
