Decent food, fairly consistent good customer assistance and service. It is always freezing with the air conditioning cranked up. Can be noisy inside with echoing but this is mitigated by a pleasant outdoor seating area. Cakes and treats in the cabinet are generally fairly fresh. Enough room to fit wheelchairs, prams and trolleys which is great.

Amazing customer service. The girls went out of their way to assist us. Having a son who doesn't like his food touching everything came out on separate plates and he loved it. Amazing 11/10.

Absolutely horrid coffee and the second cup which I made them make me again after I complainned was no better and left it for them to tip in sink. Shop very dirty and best do yourself a favour and save your money for a better experience somewhere else We always drink coffee club coffees but never again from this one
