i gave 1 star because i cant give them a 0. staff didnt know anything about the food when i asked and were unfriendly. but was told it was made fresh instore. started to eat it and and pulled a large piece of cardboard out of my mouth!!! i told staff. they were rude and had no care factor. and told me it was sent in like that so it wasnt their fault. i did not recieve an appology or refund. i rang head office and they told me all food should be freshly made. they sent me a $5 voucher to a place i will never go to or reccomend!!

Quiche of the day was salmon and leek. Was quite nice except for the piece of egg shell in it. Coffee was ok but tasted slightly burnt. Service initially was good but when meal was bought out by I think the manager; she was quite abrupt. Perhaps just having an off day?
