Congratulations to the two lovely Baristas who had exceptional customer service! I was there last Wednesday, the absolute best Americano (Long Black) I have had in a very long time. The perfect shot, with a thick rich creama on top. Thank you guys!!! It is so rare to get crema these days. Great to see you both make a connection with your customers too. Love your work! See you soon.

I'm a regular here along with my partner, and can't remember ever having a bad experience here. The team are always friendly and will always greet you. We come here so often they know our orders off by heart. This place has free WiFi, as well as the local and state newspaper to read at your convenience. Finally, the coffee here is exceptional.

In recent months the customer service has declined. Not sure if it changed owners of management, but you wait a long time for your order and the staff are not as friendly anymore. The seating area outside has also been moved right into the sun. A lot of elderly people visit the shopping centre and now has to sit in the sun, minimal shade provided by the umbrellas. Bring back the good, cheerful service!

Moose piss. Hot drinks always like stale moose piss. Cold drinks are lovely though.
