The Coffee Club Café - Carindale

Decent food, but the service was soooo slow we ended up collecting our own food for a store with table service.

I couldn't work out why I hadn't been here in so long. Then I remember it was the pushy manager that turned me off. Then there was the meal that came out quicker than th coffee I ordered - I ordered and sat down and was seated for five minutes and it came out. It look mass produced and obviously with packet sauce. Then the hair in the food. Of course there is the obligatory garbage coffee that the whole franchise is famous for. Poor overall experience, I won't ever be back to the coffee club ever again.

3.5 Stars. Good service but slow as is often so busy. Food and beverages are Consistent.

Usually not a fan of coffee club as I find the food average at best with a high price tag and below par service from all staff. But Coffee Club Carindale has given me the best experience so far. Luke the manager that was on this Thursday afternoon was spot on with service. He in fact did more work and running around cleaning tables etc than the other staff that were on. Service from Luke was above par and done with a smile. And when our food was brought out he even asked if I wanted cracked pepper on my meal which was a first for any coffee club I’ve been too!! And there he was busking tables and talking to customers and checking to see if they were happy with their meals .. another coffee club first!! If upper management read this post I hope you realise you have one great staff manager there in a pool of bad ones from my experiences. So we’ll done Luke, I’ll be back to Coffee Ckub but only if you’re on! Only down side and why I didn’t give 5 stars is the location is not the best. It’s too out in the open and tables too small.

food is ok. same as other coffee club. but just too slow. kindly advice.
