Worst Zaraffas I have ever been to. Asked for a tall caramelised fusion and the manager who served me was so rude. The guy who made my drink made me a hot caramel latte and when I said I asked for a caramelised fusion, the manager just huffed at me.

Coffee was amazing !!!! Staff - so rude. While in line I heard and could see they stuff up the order. And the staff proceed to tell the customer she ordered full cream milk. The woman replayed with.
