Despite its small size, this cafe packs a punch. Price is reasonable. Coffee is great, but needs a refresh.

I've been coming to this zarraffa's for years and enjoy it. if you're dining in make sure to ask for a proper cup or mug to save plastic. my favourites are the white chocolate mocha and spinach and feta roll. staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff members have minimal customer service, seem like they don't want to be working! When you slouch over the register it's an awesome sign how much energy they have for the day!

Good staff. Friendly and coffee usually doesn’t taste burnt here. Zaraffa’s is not my favourite coffee bean but it’s still good to have a Zaraffa’s in Toombul shopping centre because their quality is usually quite consistent. Interesting comparison - their stock looks much fresher in the refrigerated display case, especially the chicken sandwich. I have uploaded a photo of chicken turkish sandwich to show comparison of sandwich at Carseldine store (see seperate review) and Toombul store. Kids love the Strawberry Fusion shake too. This store is willing to warm up babycino’s instead of using cold milk, if you ask. I still think $2 for a babycino is overpriced. I’d rather have 1 marshmallow and pay $0.50 or $0.75 instead. Freshest store of the 4 Zaraffa’s stores that I have visited. Probably due to higher turnover of stock. Seating is a bit awkward and limited. _________________________________________ PLEASE CLICK ‘LIKE’ if you found any part of my review useful or informative. These guys make the best coffee, I am somewhat biased because I do love Zarraffa's but this store specifically are always spot on with their barista skills.
