It's hit and miss here. Sometimes the coffee is okay, sometimes not so good. The baristas often don't focus on what they're doing and make mistakes in the orders

Amazing breakfast, great coffee. Very impressed both times and the customer service is good

Waited 23 minutes for this..... "Balsamic mushrooms, melted Brie and poached egg". balsamic , not pesto. And what Brie?
However, the chef is very responsive to my queries and offer to remedy my experience with coffee and some extra haloumi. The customer service from chef is highly appreciative. Hence rating changed from 1 to 3 stars.

Ordered over the phone at lunch time and told it would be a 20 minute wait. Got there 20 mins later to collect and they obviously had forgotten to start my order, I waited 45 minutes. If I didn't have a sick relative at the hospital I would have got my money back rather than wait. No apology, no care!

Coffee is usually ok, sometimes it can be a bit weaker then others but not by much
