In the last month the quality of the coffee has gone downhill. Awful! And the milk in the coffee tastes slightly off. I could pick out the bits of coffee in my moch fusion. Won't be returning. Used to be the best coffee now the worst

Honestly must be something with Zarraffa's drive-through as there staff are always so pleasant. Every time you get to the window waiting for your drink they offer a hello with an additional how are you if there not overly busy. They are the example of what is missing in many drive -through.

Customer service was great. The staff were lovely and the food was made immediately. Tasted amazing both food and drinks. Also the store is easily accessible with a handy drive through. Prices are super affordable for such great quality.

Coffee is still average, they really need to look into some coffee varieties rather than just the convenience of drive through

I've had my order stuffed up quite a few times here, theres been at least 3 times where my sons soy babychino came out as a hot chocolate on normal milk or soy and chocolate. Not good... we have soy for obvious reasons. Also, the restriction on how warm I can have my cappuccino is ridiculous, soy is best served warm, anything over 60 degrees burns it and it tastes foul. No other cafe has this "health and safety" restriction.
