Lovely people to deal with as a customer and then even better I went to work with them.

Went into the Suzuki department of the car yard, after I had made an appointment by phone. The salesperson We talked to was busy with another customer. I have no problem waiting in this type of situation. When he was free he ignored us for another 5 minutes then came over said hello and promptly turned his back and answered his phone. This happened 2 more times before I left and bought a car elsewhere.

Yet to have any issues fixed the first time, will often tell you the repairs will take a day and then at pick up require your vehicle stay overnight or for even longer. Not a lot of care taken with your vehicle coming out with minor damage in the way of scratches, scuffs and chips. Have stood in the car park as mechanics have literally spun wheels and rev engines of customers cars as they move them around the lot.
