TORQUE TYRES AND TRAILER SPARES - MACKAY

Worse place I’ve ever had to deal with take your business elsewhere!! I had my car serviced here and a new Tyre changed. As I got a flat Tyre driving to work. I requested the brand new Tyre be placed on my car with the brand new spare Tyre of the same brand and size (as all tyres are same size and brand on my vehicle). They put the new Tyre which replaced the flat spare Tyre as the spare and didn’t rotate they tyres as per request or as per any normal Tyre or Mechinic would have done. So I was left with a brand new Tyre on the back passenger side and a Tyre with 30,000 km on the opposite side with the spare being brand new. When they should have had both brand new tyres on opposite sides together; preferably on the front as this is what you steer with and should have more traction. I rang up as soon as I saw what happened the lady who I delt with was very helpful and remorseful and said they definitely made a mistake and was at fault and I spoke to the owner who couldn’t understand how they made the mistake either and said to bring my car back in the morning. I brought my car back in the morning and I requested to speak to the owner who wasn’t interested at all and threw his hands up in the air and said GOD we will just fix it!! So they done what they where supposed to do to start with and I picked my car up and when I looked in my rear view mirror out the back of my car I noticed something all over the back window. Upon inspection I noticed who ever put the spare Tyre on the back of my car had sprayed Tyre shine all over the back of my car window and rear of my car. I once again called the shop and the lady who answered was once again very apologetic and asked to bring my car in So I brought my car straight back and she (not the guy who sprayed my car but the office lady) came and sprayed and wiped it clean and she also couldn’t believe how they could of done it as it covered the rear of my car. The owner came out and had a look and not once apologised or offered any help or compensation. Who knows if they even serviced my car if they couldn’t even get a Tyre change right. NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GO ELSEWHERE!!

Excellent service and workmanship, on the caravans brakes. We are now able to continue our holiday. Would recommend to all. Better safe than sorry.

Immediately upon entering shop I was welcomed by a young lady who was very helpful when my needs became more lcomplicated she had no problem passing me over to another salesperson who resolved all my problems
