They were more than helpful when I needed to replace a door trimming on my golf.

I personally tried to buy a car through here, We test drove two vehicles. The first time the sales person said she would send through pricing information, we had no response for approximately 4 weeks, then my wife had to call (they said they were busy, which is fair enough), second time we tried, we test drove a car, this time we got pricing before we left, but were never followed up on so i bought my new car elsewhere (FYI we gave it two weeks this time) I have taken my work vehicle to be serviced here twice (both times were not a very good experience) with approximately one weeks notice to have things done but they still have not had the time to complete the things such as a wheel alignment (which i asked for), but they had time to put some rubber shine on my tires, both times they claimed they would call when finished by 1500 and both times i rang aft 1630 and the vehicle was not completed, was also offered a complimentary rinse of the vehicle (I don't think my vehicle even got wet) I understand they are busy but their is no excuse for poor service

I moved to Mackay a couple of years ago, and have only had my car serviced by Keith at Mackay City Auto Group since my move from Sydney. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else, as not only was the service done efficiently, everything that needed doing or fixing was explained clearly by the service mechanic, in my case, by Keith. The work was done with excellence and the service staff were beautiful to deal with. I have been very happy with the service done at Mackay City Auto Group and will continue to have my vehicle maintained there!
