SmashCare Wantirna

Somewhat surprised. I read some terrible reviews on the web and actually questioned AAMI as to whether I had an alternative. They told me everything would have a lifetime warranty and all parts would be genuine VW. Smashcare Wantirna did a really good job. My VW CC came back immaculate and the job was clearly done to a high standard. Communication was excellent and the front desk team very friendly and helpful. Would not be concerned next time!

I can't say enough about smashcare Wantirna! The staff were incredible for the entire experience, they were most helpful and caring. My car was perfect, they repaired it so well as if there had been nothing wrong and in a timely matter. Highly recommend! Thanks to Jason and the team!

After reading the previous reviews and seeing the google rating I was a little worried choosing this partnered RACV repairer. Although they were very friendly and got the job done quickly! It took a week to order my parts and then once I took the car back in, the job was done and ready to be collected the next business day! (Minor crash, had to get the front bumper and bonnet changed).

Due to the nature of my business i have weekly dealings with this company and have had for the last 18 months. I have never received anything but 5 star service, a positive and friendly reception everytime. I find Allison to be very thorough and professional and always has a smile waiting. The panel work has consistently been of a high standard to which ihave never needed to question as my clients have never had a complaint. Highly recommended. . .

Did a great job fixing up my car. They were very obliging with further follow up work that was needed and the manager there was only too happy to help.
